Founded in 2019, One Zac 93 Enterprise has become a leading force in the development of high-performance, cement-based solutions and construction materials. Our product lineup spans a diverse range including advanced tile adhesives, skim coats, wall render, wall finishes cement powder designed to meet stringent industry standards.

As one of the top dry mix manufacturers in Perak, we extended our reach to prominent projects across Malaysia, including key projects in Perak.

Our manufacturing facility, strategically located in Gopeng Perak, provides a unique advantage in sourcing high-quality raw materials. The factory equipped with state-of-the-art machinery that enhances production efficiency and capacity to serve our expanding client base.
